1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3 Eligibility

3.3 Single Account Requirement

Each eligible individual may register and maintain exactly one kd222 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by shared personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or other identifying characteristics — constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions. kd222 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

To use kd222's services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. You are required to keep this information updated at all times.

4.2 Verification

kd222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Upon registration and prior to processing any withdrawal, kd222 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards (NID), passports, and recent utility bills or bank statements showing your registered address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Credentials

4.4 Account Closure by Player

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.3 Deposit Processing

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

5.5 Fees

kd222 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via any supported payment method. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside kd222's control. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

kd222 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets to be placed and settled before withdrawal is permitted). 6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of award, within which the wagering requirements must be completed. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not completed within the specified expiry period will be cancelled automatically. Expired bonus funds will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

kd222 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotions through irregular betting patterns, low-risk combination bets placed solely to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players will have all bonus funds and associated winnings cancelled. The player's account may also be permanently suspended.

6.5 Eligibility Restrictions

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the kd222 platform are subject to kd222's acceptance. kd222 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a bet is placed on a suspended market, where a technical error has affected the odds displayed, or where kd222 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent intent.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the kd222 platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet slip confirmation is issued, the odds are fixed for that specific bet. kd222 reserves the right to correct any manifest error in odds — including odds published as a result of a technical malfunction — and to void or re-settle any bets placed at materially incorrect odds.

7.3 Game Outcomes

7.4 Disconnection Policy

7.5 Void Bets

Void bets are refunded in full to the player's kd222 balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the kd222 platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering as a player while under 21 years of age or providing false date-of-birth information during registration.
• Registering more than one account on the kd222 platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or at any subsequent point.
• Using the kd222 platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from criminal or fraudulent sources.

• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or loophole in the kd222 platform's games or systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not payable.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or casino games, to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of other players or kd222.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or deliberate manipulation of any sporting event on which bets are placed through kd222.
• Attempting to access another player's kd222 account without authorisation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kd222 platform — including but not limited to the kd222 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of kd222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kd222 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 13 Amendments
